Welcome back, recruits,

A new Knight has joined the fight to save us all! We are so excited to introduce you to Deleth, a scientist specializing in support & energy from the planet Hecatrix.

Today's Unlock - New Knight!

Deleth found her way to the labship Athena and demanded to join the cause after her homeworld was destroyed by Continnua. 

She’d seen the victories of the Astro Knights battling their way through the galaxy and came bearing the technology and resources needed to create two brand new Star Cores.  As soon as the new Star Cores were complete, she insisted on taking up the mantle of Astro Knight herself. As long as she lived, she promised, she’d never lose another homeworld again.

Boss Profile: Continnua

Continnua began its life as a misguided experiment, created by a scientist trying to finally crack the secret of time travel. However, as with so many well-intentioned experiments, Continnua grew quickly out of control and created a wormhole so big that it consumed the entire planet. Continnua’s control over time gives it an extra turn order card: the Temporal turn. During this bonus turn, players will have to discard cards equal to the number of minions in play, making it twice as hard to get ahead.

A Closer Look at Nasma & Furion!!

Welcome back, recruits!

Today we will begin our featured hero and boss profile series starting with Nasma and Furion.

Featured Astro Knight: Nasma!  

Nasma is a botanist who takes her connection with nature very seriously. 

In order to study the plants of the dangerous jungle planet of Ylong, she secluded herself in the mycanoid forests and lived entirely off the land. Her deep love for even the tiniest mushroom has spurred her on to join the Astro Knights, and ensure the safety of our beautiful worlds. Nasma’s research has made her an expert on living things. With her molecular edge scalpel, she can even derive energy from the minions she is dissecting! This strong economy helps her jumpstart her deck, and in turn help out her fellow Knights. Nasma’s ability can infuse a teammate with a sudden burst of strength, drawing them extra cards and even letting them thin out cards they don’t need.

Boss Profile: Furion

Meet Furion: the most dangerous collection of sentient star stuff this side of Alpha Centauri!

The powerful Furion is the introductory fight of Astro Knights, so its abilities are very straightforward, but that doesn’t mean it goes down easy. Cards in Furion’s deck increase the Artillery track, and each time that track hits three Furion gets to draw a powerful strike card from its Artillery deck. The longer the fight goes on, the faster the Artillery track goes up, so the Knights will have to focus on ending the fight as soon as they can.

Today's Unlock - New Weapon!

Talk about throwing down the gauntlet! Today's reveal is the incredible Distortion Gauntlet, the newest Kickstarter Exclusive unlock:

ATTACK: Deal 7 damage. 

You may return two cards that cost 0⚡ in your discard pile to your hand.

(Fun isn't something one considers when writing Kickstarter updates, but this does put smiles on our faces.)

Accessory Pack Now Available!

Welcome back, recruits!

We hope you had a lovely Valentine's / Big Game weekend! We are back with a recap of the latest unlocks and a new pledge level featuring the highly requested Accessory Pack! 

 New Pledge Level! 

After many requests, we have decided to create an Accessory Pack for those who would like to do a little pre-build work. It's a little hard to see here but the dice are TRANSLUCENT.  

This has been added as a new pledge level All In PLUS Accessory Pack. We already have an all-in with the playmat, and we can't edit that title on Kickstarter, so All-In Plus made the most sense. ;) 

We also added updated shipping info to the campaign page to reflect the new level as well. 

If you are just wanting the Accessory pack and not the playmat, you will be able to add this on in the pledge manager after the campaign. 

Daily Milestones - New Weapons, Tech, and an Upgrade!

Astro Knights has a six-deck supply where each deck is made up of many different cards shuffled together, divided up by card type and cost, and players can only buy the current top card of each stack.
 

Players need to adapt their strategies to what is currently available. Everyone’s decks will end up very different, even if you have two players fulfilling the same role on the team (damage dealer, support, etc.)

Also, your cards are now all 40 GSM thicker with our Sunday milestone unlock!

New Boss Revealed! + A correction & a tweak!

Welcome back, recruits, and Happy Friday!

Today we just have a couple of quick updates/corrections and of course today we revealed a NEW BOSS for the Orion System Expansion! 

Correction on Milestones

Yesterday's milestone was mistakenly marked as promo and it is a KS Exclusive and the New Boss was meant to be a promo (in the Orion System Expansion.) This has been fixed up and the updated images are below and on the campaign. :)

Some of you have noted in the comments some potentially weak areas on the Knight Mats, we saw those, too, and are adjusting the design for each hero as needed. Here is an example:

Astro Knights Bump Proof Player Mats & Extra Copies Shipping Added!

We wanted to share some important updates to the campaign in this update so we will get right to it!

A number of backers (and reviewers, and playtesters) requested that we make some improvements on the player mats.  So we went back to the drawing board to just that.  We are happy to showcase our "Bump Proof" mats:

The Knight Boards will now have cutouts for the player markers. This upgrade is included with your copy of Astro Knights! 

Today's Milestone - New Tech!  

 For those of you looking for group shipping, here you go!

There are now two charts in the shipping & taxes section. The first chartshows how much shipping & taxes by region for each pledge level.  The second chart (displayed above as well as below the shipping graphic on the campaign page) shows how much extra it is to add an additional copy of Astro Knights. Note, you only pay the shipping amount for your region once, the additional copy price includes any additional shipping costs (and VAT/Taxes for US, Canada, EU, UK & Australia).

To get your total - add your pledge level cost, plus the regional shipping charge for that pledge level, plus the regional amount for each additional copy times the number of additional copies you want to add.

For Example: 

You are in the US and want two copies of Astro Knights - Pledge $88 ($39 + $34 + $15 shipping) at the Astro Knights ($39) pledge level. (This example is for two $39 pledge levels.)

Too complicated? You can manually change your pledge during the Kickstarter, but you can also wait to do all of this in the pledge manager (sent about a week after the project closes) where prices will be calculated for you.

Whatever you decide to do, you will have to complete the pledge manager to get your rewards. We don't have your mailing address if you don't complete the pledge manager.

Every copy of Astro Knights sent as rewards will include the stretch goals.
