Mission: Fulfillment - Progress Report!

Greetings, Homeworld Defenders!
Today we bring you the latest in Astro Knights fulfillment news! Backer rewards in the EU and UK are largely complete. Our fulfillment partner in the UK is awaiting a restock on a few final items to allow shipment of the final rewards from that region.
For our brave recruits in Canada and the United States, we're pleased to report that items for that region have now been received, with fulfillment to begin imminently.
While other regions have yet to begin fulfillment, we are staying up to date on the progress in those regions. Look for another update once we see movement happening!
Reminder: Missing/Damaged Items
As more rewards begin arriving, we want to offer the best help to all backers in need of assistance! For anyone wishing to report damaged items or require replacement parts, please note the following instructions:
- For Europe, please fill out a ticket here: https://support-ibc.surfinmeeple.com/open.php.
- For all other regions, please send an email to [email protected].
- Include your Kickstarter email address & user name (this lets us know who you are)
- Include your current mailing address (this lets us know where to send replacements). It helps if you include your name as part of your address and use separate lines instead of commas.
- Tell us specifically what you are missing and/or damaged items. (This lets our team know what you are missing). Please check everything so we can send all replacements at one time. Please be specific - "I am missing everything" isn't specific.
- If applicable, attach pictures of damaged items and/or packaging. This is required if you want a replacement box - so please don't throw away damaged shipping boxes until you have taken pictures.
We will send a response email to you within seven days of the last email you send. Sending multiple emails will delay our response to you.

Shipping has begun in the EU!

Hey, Recruits!
Landfall of freight is happening! While all other regions are still en route to hubs, EU is ahead of expectations and has started shipping Astro Knights to EU backers! All other regions are still expected to start in early January.
Please, if you have not received your tracking information yet, do not email us or the fulfillment center asking for an update unless we have said that all shipments have been sent out for your region.
As we get updates for each region, we will update you here on Kickstarter!

Missing/Damaged Items
While we have great confidence in our production and fulfillment partners, we know that not everything will be perfect. So if you receive your rewards and you need assistance with replacement parts or damages, please follow these steps;

It's time for us to send the info off to the various fulfillment partners to start prepping for the arrival of your games! We expect landfall in the next few weeks and fulfillment to begin in January. Once games are at hubs, we will have a better estimate for each region for fulfillment expectations.

[Status Update] Production Finished, Vessels En Route!

Hey everyone!
We have word that the games were loaded on to vessels and are en route to the hubs! We expect landfall in December and fufillment to begin in January. Once games are at hubs we will have a better estimate for each region for fulfillment expectations.

[Status Update] Production Nearly Done, Let's Look at the Sample!

Hi everyone!
Thank you for your continued support for Astro Knights, and we are thrilled to show off all the production photos we took of the sample! Everything has been approved, and we're well into production! We expect to be complete by mid-October with printing. We'll know more about the freight schedule soon once printing wraps up, and from there, we estimate they'll be getting on a boat by the end of the month or early November! We'll keep everyone updated should these estimations change.
