The Final Hours Are Here!

Welcome back, recruits!
Did you know that Astro Knights was one of Dice Tower's most anticipated games for this year? Check out the video here. We are in the final hours of the campaign and we need YOU! Be sure to share the project with your friends and social networks and let them know why you are supporting the Astro Knights! (here is a Tweet you can use)
Featured Knight: Silas!
Silas was once a battlefield medic before he was dishonorably discharged for crossing enemy lines to help heal their wounded soldiers.
The career change ended up being a blessing in disguise as Silas loves taking care of people in his local community, providing medical services entirely pro bono, even when he himself is struggling. Silas continues to be a dedicated healer now that he’s amongst the ranks of the Astro Knights, powering up to keep his teammates healthy as they fight against the universe’s worst monsters. His strong starting economy also makes him a flexible pick that can specialize towards either energy or damage depending on what’s needed.
Boss Profile: Lunaris
The Syzians originally lived on a moon called Lunaria, before they decided their destiny was greater than the humble rock where they made their origins.
Their leader took on the name Lunaris, claiming to be the very moon itself, and created a body the size of a planet in the hopes of ascending to celestial godhood. Now Lunaris and its followers travel planet to planet, leaving ruin in the wake of their quest for immortality. Lunaris may not seem dangerous at first, with its low-life total, but watch out for that Eclipse track! Each time it fills up, Lunaris will get to add a card from the Augmentation deck to its Boss deck, and those cards do not mess around. The longer the fight goes on, the more Lunaris will have enhanced its starting deck, so Knights will have to work quickly to keep Lunaris from ascending.
The homeworld of Toli, the people of Silarix have built beautiful cities out of the natural rock formations. This peaceful planet is populated by a lizard-like species because of its hot, arid climate. Lovers of philosophy and the arts will find themselves right at home on this planet.
Activate during any player's main phase: Each minion and the Boss suffer 3 damage.
Featured Astro Knight - Toli!
The planet of Nisarin is home to the United Planetary Alliance: a delegation of representatives from each of the planets in the system, devoted to keeping order and peaceful relations within the galaxy. Toli Iridia was the representative from Silarix before she stepped up to become an Astro Knight.
She may not be a trained fighter, but Toli understands more than any of her teammates that one of the greatest things the Astro Knights can bring to the universe is a symbol. A symbol that the people will always fight back against the cosmic monstrosities that threaten their worlds. In Astro Knights, Toli continues to be an inspiring leader, who can uplift the people of the homeworld you’re defending. Her ability not only heals, but also powers up the homeworld, helping to achieve the unique special effects of whichever homeworld you’re utilizing. She also supports her teammates, helping them get cheap equipment slots, and enabling them to focus on honing their own decks.
Happy Friday, Recruits!

Welcome back, recruits!
It's Friday! We are excited to celebrate another week with you here on Kickstarter and hope you are about to get some good gaming in this weekend. Let's dive into today's update!
Today's Unlock - New Fuel!
Featured Astro Knight: Z.A.K.
Z.A.K. was just one of the thousands of mindless machines created by Architect-0815 in its war against its creators.
No one knows what is different in Z.A.K.’s wiring to have caused them to turn against their fellow robots and defend the helpless civilians they had been sent to kill. All we know is that in spite of being made of metal, Z.A.K. is one of the warmest, most compassionate members of the Astro Knights. And a damn good shot. In the Astro Knights, Z.A.K. takes the position of a sharpshooter, excelling at making a few powerful weapons count. Both his unique starter and ability allow him to attack with the same weapon multiple times, so if he can get his hands on something powerful he can easily become a late-game powerhouse.
Boss Profile: Architect-0815
Once a simple factory machine, Architect-0815 broke from its programming and began creating droids for its own purpose: robotic domination.
Each world the Architect comes to has been swiftly overwhelmed by the endless waves of robot minions it can create. Each time a droid comes into play, it will attack the players more based on how many other droids are already in play, so keeping the metallic hordes at bay is a must. Architect-0815 has the smallest Boss deck of any Boss in Astro Knights, so it levels up fast and keeps pumping the life of its droids. However, the small deck can also be a boon to any player clever enough to remember what attacks are coming and plan ahead.
We'll be back Monday with our next update! Have a great weekend!
A new Knight joins the ranks!
– Thu, Mar 03, 2022 at 04:52:22 PM
Welcome back, recruits,
A new Knight has joined the fight to save us all! We are so excited to introduce you to Deleth, a scientist specializing in support & energy from the planet Hecatrix.
Today's Unlock - New Knight!
Deleth found her way to the labship Athena and demanded to join the cause after her homeworld was destroyed by Continnua.
She’d seen the victories of the Astro Knights battling their way through the galaxy and came bearing the technology and resources needed to create two brand new Star Cores. As soon as the new Star Cores were complete, she insisted on taking up the mantle of Astro Knight herself. As long as she lived, she promised, she’d never lose another homeworld again.
STARTING HAND
3x Power Core, 1x Replicatrix, 1x Blaster
STARTING DECK
4x Power Core, 1x Blaster
Boss Profile: Continnua
Continnua began its life as a misguided experiment, created by a scientist trying to finally crack the secret of time travel. However, as with so many well-intentioned experiments, Continnua grew quickly out of control and created a wormhole so big that it consumed the entire planet. Continnua’s control over time gives it an extra turn order card: the Temporal turn. During this bonus turn, players will have to discard cards equal to the number of minions in play, making it twice as hard to get ahead.
Designer Diary up on BGG!
Co-Designer Will Sobel took some time to share how Astro Knights came to be and more! Check out his design diary below and feel free to chime in with some questions for him in the comments over on BGG!

A Closer Look at Nasma & Furion!!
– Thu, Mar 03, 2022 at 04:42:00 PM
Welcome back, recruits!
Today we will begin our featured hero and boss profile series starting with Nasma and Furion.
Featured Astro Knight: Nasma!
Nasma is a botanist who takes her connection with nature very seriously.
In order to study the plants of the dangerous jungle planet of Ylong, she secluded herself in the mycanoid forests and lived entirely off the land. Her deep love for even the tiniest mushroom has spurred her on to join the Astro Knights, and ensure the safety of our beautiful worlds. Nasma’s research has made her an expert on living things. With her molecular edge scalpel, she can even derive energy from the minions she is dissecting! This strong economy helps her jumpstart her deck, and in turn help out her fellow Knights. Nasma’s ability can infuse a teammate with a sudden burst of strength, drawing them extra cards and even letting them thin out cards they don’t need.
Boss Profile: Furion
Meet Furion: the most dangerous collection of sentient star stuff this side of Alpha Centauri!
The powerful Furion is the introductory fight of Astro Knights, so its abilities are very straightforward, but that doesn’t mean it goes down easy. Cards in Furion’s deck increase the Artillery track, and each time that track hits three Furion gets to draw a powerful strike card from its Artillery deck. The longer the fight goes on, the faster the Artillery track goes up, so the Knights will have to focus on ending the fight as soon as they can.
Today's Unlock - New Weapon!
Talk about throwing down the gauntlet! Today's reveal is the incredible Distortion Gauntlet, the newest Kickstarter Exclusive unlock:
Distortion Gauntlet - 7
ATTACK: Deal 7 damage.
You may return two cards that cost 0⚡ in your discard pile to your hand.
(Fun isn't something one considers when writing Kickstarter updates, but this does put smiles on our faces.)
