[Status Report] Fulfillment Nearing Completion!

Defenders, Ahoy!
We are pleased to bring you greetings and good news in the realm of fulfillment!
Backers in the US and Europe: Fulfillment is officially complete! Some packages may still be in transit, but all packages have now departed from our fulfillment partners.
Canada: The last pieces of missing product arrived last week, and packages are on their way to Canada Post. Once items are in the hands of Canada Post, tracking on orders will be sent to all backers. We will update when these have entered Canada and are on their way to you. Rewards are expected to arrive in Mid to Late March.
Rest of the World: Fulfillment is expected to be complete by the end of the week. Check the VFI website for an updated status on each hub: https://vfi.asia/hubs/
As we mentioned in our previous update, once all current orders are complete, we will circle back to send out rewards to those that didn't complete their reward surveys in time.
Reminder: Missing/Damaged Items
We want to offer the best help to all backers who need assistance! For anyone wishing to report damaged items or require replacement parts, please note the following instructions:

Shipping Update

Greetings, defenders!
We're back with the latest on shipping:

EU/UK fulfillment is complete. Some orders may still be on their way to you.
- For backers in the United States, shipping is 90% complete. There was a slight delay due to weather conditions in Dallas this week. All remaining orders should be shipped out next week.
- For backers in Canada, orders will start to ship in the next few weeks, packing items will be done in the US next week, and everything will be freighted on pallets into Canada and then placed in the Canadian Postal system as individual packages - Tracking on orders will start once the items enter Canadian Post. Your rewards are expected to start arriving in mid-March.

For all other regions, VFI will start packing orders next week. Once that’s complete orders will be sent to their regional hubs. Check the VFI website for an updated status on each hub: https://vfi.asia/hubs/

Defender Deliveries Imminent!

Homeworld Defenders! We have returned!
The fate of our Homeworlds does indeed look promising! Why? Astro Knights fulfillment in the United States has officially begun!
Defenders of the North, we are also pleased to report that backer rewards destined for Canada are not far behind. We are preparing for the arrival of rewards at the fulfillment center.
Fulfillment is now complete in the EU, and your planetary battles should be well underway!
For our brave Knights in the UK, fulfillment is nearly complete, with a handful of parts being shipped from other regions to complete all remaining packages.
Shipping in all other regions will begin after the Chinese New Year, and we expect this work to commence in February.

Greetings, Homeworld Defenders!
Today we bring you the latest in Astro Knights fulfillment news! Backer rewards in the EU and UK are largely complete. Our fulfillment partner in the UK is awaiting a restock on a few final items to allow shipment of the final rewards from that region.
For our brave recruits in Canada and the United States, we're pleased to report that items for that region have now been received, with fulfillment to begin imminently.
While other regions have yet to begin fulfillment, we are staying up to date on the progress in those regions. Look for another update once we see movement happening!

Shipping has begun in the EU!

Hey, Recruits!
Landfall of freight is happening! While all other regions are still en route to hubs, EU is ahead of expectations and has started shipping Astro Knights to EU backers! All other regions are still expected to start in early January.
Please, if you have not received your tracking information yet, do not email us or the fulfillment center asking for an update unless we have said that all shipments have been sent out for your region.
As we get updates for each region, we will update you here on Kickstarter!
